Biology

Does anything eat wasps? Do whales have belly buttons? Biology is the study of all life and living process. At A-Level Biology we will look at Cell structure, Ecological relationships, Evolution, Genetics and much more. Choosing Biology will develop your analytical skills, problem solving skills, communication and evaluation skills. All essential qualities needed for any job in the modern world.

Chemistry

How many atoms are there in your signature? Why does water expand when it freezes? Chemistry is the study of the makeup and properties of all matter. At A-Level Chemistry we will look at Acids & Alkalis, Rates of reaction, Organic reactions and much more. Choosing Chemistry will develop your analytical and problem solving skills as well as your written and oral communication skills. All essential skills needed for any job in the modern world

Physics

What would you see if you travelled at the speed of light? What actually is the Higgs Boson? Physics is the study of matter and motion through space and time. At A-level Physics we will look at Quantum physics, Waves, Motion, Astrophysics and much more. Choosing Physics will develop your problem solving skills as well as your mathematical skills. You will learn to apply complex mathematical concepts to the real world and communicate these ideas in both oral and written forms. All qualities essential for any job in the modern world.
